is there anything I can do in relation to them over sending the e-mails is it form of over sending? spam etc..

Well you could ask them to update their software to only send each job to each subscriber once, or at least, only to send it when the job has been updated.

But I wouldn't hold your breath for a quick fix.

Have you a job alert notifications set up with them? If you have signed up for job alerts to get job notifications you can log in and change your settings?
