Could someone help me with this, got my phone back off a friend and its acting funny. Starts vibrating for no reason, when I shut it down a sign comes like its charging

In manage applications, in downloaded on device memory I have 17MB used and 173MB free. In ALL I've a big list, on SD I've no apps (memory card formatted), In Running ive got 93MB used and 148MB free, (RAM)

On one side I've got 11 processes then when i press 148MB free I've got 11 cached background process

In task manager I've one active app internet (70MB RAM), in package Ive program 24.11MB/190MB, in RAM I've 217MB/290MB, in summary I've storage 24.11MB/ 190MB in external SD I've 0.00B/0.00B
