Hi i am replacing my open fire with a stocton 7 insert stove 7 KW. At the moment I am burning waste food like potato peels and other left overs in open fire and I am hoping I can do same in stocton 7.

    thanking You

Would you not compost waste foods and peels instead?

Makes for great compost/soil in a year or 2.

That is a great idea but as i have no garden and very little space , I will have to rule out that idea. I would still be grateful for any advice on my original question
