Full Play Store Access

Does anybody have any ideas on whether or not Google are going to launch full Play Store access in Ireland in the future?

I'm going to assume that the Nexus 7 will launch over here, and seeing as how in their keynote at Google I/O they based the tablet around the Play Store and it's content, when will Ireland get access to music, movies, books, magazines, etc. etc.

Now, I know that you can use the Play Music by registering through a proxy (Did that while it was in a beta phase), but I am really hoping that sometime in the near future we will get the option to access the full Play Store, it's available in the UK so why not here?

Our licensing laws are a mess of ancient red tape. Thats about it.
It'll happen whenever they can get through it all.

So basically it could be in 6 months time or it could be in 16 years time. Why would anyone buy an android tablet in Ireland? Its a pain in the hole having to make compromises and messing about with different proxys. Why would people not just buy an apple 3 or the mini ipad when it comes? Just curious as to why anyone would bother with the nexus 7.

Because its a great tablet for a low price?
Who needs to mess with proxies? Want music on it? Drag & drop mp3s. Want books? Kindle app. Want magazines? Zinio. Not everyone wants to piss around with iTunes.

I'm not doubting its a great tablet and a bargain, but if it doesn't have full functionality in ireland then it would just be an annoyance to me. The tablet is designed specifically for the play store so when you have to mess around with kindle app and your own mp3 and zinio, then you are using apps that aren't optimised for your device. Also I presume the voice control features of google now won't work with your own mp3's and kindle app etc.
