Trying to fix the above laptop for friend. Was not able to charge properly or some issue like that. Original PSU gone, normally takes 65w but a 90w should be ok. So finally took it apart to locate the power socket on the board. Plugged in a 90w psu and the socket is reading about -4 with respect to ground. The psu reads the same when i measure so is my issue with the motherboard? also -4v, the o/p says 19 on the transformer, just curious why the discrepancy there?
