Hi guys, don't need laptop advice per se, but I'm completely torn with what to do with regard to where to buy and who to buy off.

This lenovo right here is my perfect laptop, great specs and low price but I've heard only terrible things about their customer service and that is the only thing putting me off getting it right now on their website.

That aside, I'm debating whether to go with this Asus on komplett.ie

or just buy a similar, slightly worse spec Asus (no 3rd gen processor) in PC world for the same price.

What I'm wondering is should I be very weary of buying anything online off lenovo.com or komplett.ie? Or are my fears ill-founded. If I had a problem with a laptop from PC world my feeling would be that they would give me good assistiance fixing anything necessary and not getting ripped off by manufacturers.

I would love any guidance on the issue

I ordered something from Komplett last week. It was due to come into stock the day after I ordered it. It's now due to come into stock on Friday.

Not sure if this is normal or not. I worry that it'll be perpetually due in stock.

I've ordered other things from them too, and they've been alright for them. They have a forum here

At least you'd be dealing with Komplett,not Lenovo if something goes wrong with the lappy.

Wow I've been looking for lenovos on komplett but have never found one that looks incredible.

I think you've just found my new laptop;)

This is an extremely basic/stupid question but I want to cover all bases.... Presumably ordering off komplett is all safe and there's nothing I need to be aware of? I'm often very apprehensive and cautious ordering anything this big and important off the net.

Irish presence on boards.ie,customer service improved in the last few years.

They also have a pick up point in Blanche if you'd like collect it, free delivery btw.
