Musicians wanted for Project

Hi there,
I am looking for talented, serious musicians for an exciting project. I am a Dublin based Keyboardist/Composer/Producer.Musically, this will be very exciting and will be a hybrid of rock and electronics. I am looking for:

Guitar : You will be versatile and open to all styles and should be equally comfortable with ambient textures and total aggression where needed. An ability to play a bit of keyboards would be great.

Bass: As a lot of this music is groove based, bass is crucial. The ability to groove with soul as well as using effects is very important.

Drums: You need energy, aggression and subtlety. As there will be clicks, you need to be comfortable with this as well as being open to electronic percussion.

Singer: Male or Female. You need to have a powerful voice that can break hearts. A strong sense of yourself and your abilities and a strong presence.

I have a very wide range of influences : Iggy Pop, Bowie, LCD, Metric, Kraftwerk, Massive Attack, Krautrock, Hendrix, Doors, Floyd, Death In Vegas, Funkadelic and great grooves.

Very eclectic but that is the bedrock of this project. I stress this is a very serious project and a wonderful chance to show your considerable talents.

If you are NOT serious, please do us all a favour and don't respond. Age is irrelevent, all that matters is you and your ideas.

Some samples are up at soundcloud.com/derekmaher. These will give you a flavour but there is a lot more to be done with these songs. Needless to say, you will have good equipment. I use a Mac based rig and have all the toys.

A well written, clearly laid out OP and obviously a lot of thought gone into it.
Man knows what he wants and is letting those who may be interested in joining up know what is expected from the start.

Hey dude, sounds good. Like all styles and would b interested in a vocal audition. Fav singers at the moment are Josh Homme and Sergio Pizzorno, obviously like all the usual suspects...Door, Beatles, Zepplin etc.
