Has anybody changed electricty supplier since this charge came in, for the last few months all i'm running off the esb is an electric fence,(yard and shed is away from the house) at this time of year no lights on with cows calving, no yard lights on for feeding, seems a bit rediculous to be charged for not using a product.

I'd imagine they'll all have that charge, it probably comes from esb networks as opposed to customer supply, and esb networks supplies to bord gais/airticity to resell.
