Beginners drop in Yoga

Hi, Anybody know of any drop in beginner yoga classes around the dublin 12, 8 or 10 areas? Or even around the Lucan / Clondalkin area? I'm looking to improve my flexability for football and I was told yoga would be a great benefit to me. Thanks for your help.
