How do i create this menu?

Cork Skate

Folks, i've seen this menu (on the right) in a few places; its the mouse over and each item listed expands. I'm looking to expand it more into a form, but each element depends on the part previous to it. What would i need to accomplish this?

I have no idea what it's called, but it's jquery.

Twitter Bootstrap uses JQuery, so you might aswell use from the source.
