Just a heads up about the Ryanair website for anyone having problems making bookings or changes.

According to the call center it only works properly with Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browsers. Pretty big design flaw.

FFS. been trying to add a checked bag to a booking I made earlier - used both Mozilla and Explorer. No joy.

    V. frustrating. Luckily I have 2 more days, hope the problem gets sorted soon. No way am I paying for the bag at the airport

I had problems with it with Firefox when booking flights a few days ago. It would have the menu at the top and links at the bottom, but the main part of the page would remain blank. It was quite frustrating. I had no problem with internet explorer, but I only used it for a minute to actually book the flights.

Same here, could not complete my Ryanair booking on Mozilla (tried for days!) but on your suggestion tried with IE and it was perfect.

Not working correctly with firefox, had to revert back to IE. Also the print boarding passes as PDF just causes the aspx process to bomb out and throw an error... Not good

Could possibly be an issue with older versions of Firefox? I'm on version 13 and not having any problems.

I'm using Firefox Aurora, I think that's the latest version?

Ah I think that's your problem, FireFox 15 (Aurora) is a future alpha release still in development. The latest official stable version of FireFox is version 13 so if you download that you should be ok smile.gif

I have had problems recently . I fly weekly so am aware of how things work
I could not get Ryanair up on Mozilla, ,tried several times . it worked ok on Internet explorer, but on Internet Explore there is no drop down menu , so that I can select `travel without insure`
that's twice now I had to but insurance,

Whether the problem is Internet Explorers or Ryanairs ,I have no idea.

I note very little chat on the web about this.
