    Hi guys
My tax Clearence cert expired on June 16th I've been getting them automatically renewed and I've just noticed I haven't gotten one this year. I reapplied today. Is there a certain amount of years that go by and u have to re apply or would there be another reason

You generally have to apply for them on an annual basis yourself.

Are you sure your accountant wasn't applying for them?

That could make sense actually because I did my own returns last year

I recieved one automatically last year...thought that was more strange than not getting it automatically. Had to reapply this year.

U were right I was on the old system that gets renewed every year but things have changed and you have to apply every year. Should have mine in 5 days
