    Hi ,
    I was awarded compensation for unfair dismissal in February.
    The former employer was inspected and he has stated inability to pay.
    He has ceased trading on the advice of revenue.
    He offered an alternative to pay by instalment it will take 10 years !!
    I contacted NERA and they said that to bring him to court if he proves inability to pay I still could not get the money.
    I think he will pay for a year then discontinue payments and say he has not the money.
    anyone in a similar situation.
