    Guys,

    I need some help ...

We have a male 14-15wk old BF pup, he is fully vaccinated, fleed and wormed.

We took him to a kennels for a week as we had a holiday book prior to getting him. The kennel we took him to was the breather we bought him from.

Since he's come home, last Wednesday, he hasn't been himself. At first we put it down to pettiness on his part for us leaving him for so long but come Saturday we were sure something was wrong.

He was full of the joys of live before but now he searches out corners of the house and just backs him self in. and lies there for hours. He is scratching his ears and underbelly a lot and whines regularly. He looks to have no energy at all, he does his toilet on the wee-wee pads, but when he is taken outside to do his business he runs back inside before even attempting it. He kinda looks sad, tired, defeated sitting in the corners with his head hanging down(as if it weighs a ton). He gets ups for toilet and food, to scratch and scurry from corner to corner but that is it.

we had him at the vets Saturday and he was given an anti-biotic and a something to keep his temp down. but he has gotten no better, if anything he got worse. so he is going back today ...

Has anyone come across something similar?

Sounds like it could be an ear infection / mites… if you look in his ears are there black bits?

I would bring him the vet ASAP, ear infection are very sore for dogs, if it’s not an ear infection it could a something worse…def. bring him back to the vet .....

    hope he is doing ok
