Fetac level 6 in childcare - recognised in Germany?

Hi, does anyone know if the fetac level 6 in childcare course is equivalent to the "Erzieherin" degree in Germany? I am not sure if I should do the course here as its quite certain that I would move back to Germany again in 1 or 2 years to work in a daycare or crèche. The course only takes 1 year here but 3 years in…

Hi,
does anyone know if the fetac level 6 in childcare course is equivalent to the "Erzieherin" degree in Germany? The course only takes 1 year here but 3 years in Germany. While the course is quite expensive here it would still work out better for me because I have support here while in Germany the course is full time and I won't have any income. Does anyone have knowledge about it or knows how I can find the answer? Thanks
