Lads when ever I get off saddle on bike and move bike from side to side there is creaking noise developing from front of bike I think, but cant pin point where it is coming from ,also there is slight noise similar to bell ringing coming from back of bike when I off saddle.Any one have any idea what may be causing these annoying noises.

Your cheeking noise could coming from you stem / headset. You need to loosen off the headset and stem and then just re do all the bolts this should sort it.

In relation to the bell sound coming from behind, have a look around when you hear it next to make sure there aren't any old ladies trying to get past !!

Could also possibly be coming from your bottom bracket.....
Off the saddle means complete body weight being supported by cranks and bottom bracket.......
Total body weight plus pedaling(especially uphill) puts a lot of strain through the bottom bracket.......good indicator of any wear in bottom bracket bearings...
Not sure about bell sound but could be cables rattling if you have any that are internally routed(inside the frame) on your bike.....
    Hope this helps

+1 on it being the bottom bracket.

My bike was making creaking noises anytime I put some power on the pedals or out of the saddle. The bike shop said my bottom bracket needed replacing.

I was experiencing exactly the same thing over the last few weeks. My local shop fixed, simply turned out to be a bit of grit stuck somewhere inside the bike. It's very common apparently, and easily fixed.

I had a similar issue, a creaking noise when pedaling hard. Thought it was the bottom bracket, but it turned out that the rear QR skewer wasn't quite tight enough. No money spent and problem fixed.

If it's when you press down on one pedal only, it might be a loose crank.
