Please help! Witness signed wrong on marriage form

Hi all, hope someone can help. Got married yesterday (great day!) but have just spotted one of our witnesses put their married name, not their maiden name on the form (she got married recently & i didn't know she was changing her name, wasn't said to us.) Freaking out a bit that state won't recognise the marriage. Has anyone been in a similar situation & how was it sorted? Both the mrs & I are feeling stupid for making this mistake but when we sorted the cert a few months ago her changing the name wasn't flagged to us. What do we do? Can she initialize next to it & write in the maiden name or what? Any advice would be appreciated. Had a fantastic day but this has us worried!

Its the day after your wedding, don't worry about it, relax and enjoy yourself.

Take the form to the Civil Registration Service office and ask them what to do, i'm sure things like that happen all the time, it will probably be sorted very easily.

    Congrats :)
Legally both names are hers so I can not see there being any problem at all.
