I found Trevor in Tidy Mechanical Repairs, Ballycurreen near Musgrave excellent, does everything, including electrical.
    He's very reasonable and straightforward.

Do you have any experience with Hurley rj?

Yep, 2 or 3 alternators, a starter (all fixed, recon'd rather than replaced) and a wiring issue over the years :) And he did something or other to the sister's Ka too, can't remember what though.

Lots of his business comes from the trade, mechanics that pass electrical work to him.

He's very good, honest and won't rob you.

Have you been up to him and not impressed?

Paul Costello in ballincollig. Garage is called ICE I think.
I've been to them for a few things and they are excellent. They do everything from speakers and lights to alternator rebuilds .
