    I used to be able to watch this no problem. Now every show I click on, it says, A error occurred. Is it no longer available in ROI ?

    Are you with Eircom? There is an ongoing problem with eircom and 4od

    I just had that issue resolved yesterday 30/8/2012. Eircom had to do a DNS parameter change to my Netopia box. I had to push them for the solution the first few guys claimed not to know wht I was talking about.

    Yes got it sorted for my Netopia box

    contact Eircom BB support and if you cannot get a response from the techi guy you talk to tell them Ross has the scrip to resolve the issue. They have to do a dns setting change. I also have an email contact <SNIP> if that fails.
