    Hi

yesterday went to the garage to fill my corsa to the top with fuel.

upon filling it up i heard fuel pouring out the bottom of the car, i thought it was a fuel leak. But my car is full of fuel, the gauge is passed the full mark.

when i start the car now it hasnt any leaks and runs perfectly. however when i drive it, the fuel will drip from the bottom of the car. what could be the problem?

can i just siphon some fuel out to about 3/4 of a tank and hopefully the leak will stop and i never fill her up to the top again?

Did we not have a thread on this yesterday?

If the tank is not sealed then just not filling it up in future does not fix the problem. If you have an accident the fuel tank is not sealed with obvious possible consequences.
