€1000 max for a gaming laptop

Hey guys I'm a hardcor PS3 gamer and have decied to try pc gaming so i have pulled together €1000 for a gaming laptop and was wondering what would be the best bang for my buck?!?

A friend has told me to go alienware but i don't like dell, any ideas?

Alienware are so expensive thought. Your basically paying 1/5 of the money for the brand logo like. If you can find one for the right price and hardware then go for it. There a good brand like but my god they are expensive..
