Chorus info bar not working??

    Any one else having this problem, when i press the info button to check what on now and next it shows nothing, its very frustrating as i then have to use the EPG to check every channel. Its been like that since friday...

    Have you tried plugging the box out for 30 seconds?

    I rang them about this yesterday, wasn't sure if there was some sort of fault everywhere or just my boxes. The girl said she couldn't see any fault reported and she'd pass it onto the technical team to see if they could try and sort it their end, if not I'd get a call about a technician calling out. Haven't heard anything since and it's still the same.

    same here, no info bar

    and three channels gone missing? error 107 comes up??

    On mine, it's now showing the wrong channel. i.e. if you're viewing a channel and bring up the info bar, it shows the info for the next channel.

    Was being worked on over the weekend as a known fault and network teams were working on the issue
