right turn - lane change

Hi,
At the following junction, I would like to take right turn into Mayberry road. I know we have to keep left while driving, so I have two questions:
1)Assuming overtaking lane (right lane) is free, when should I get into this lane
2)Is it OK to keep indicator on and change both lanes continuously to get into right filter lane.

we dont keep left if we know we will need to take a right turn in which case we move into the right. Even we there is only one lane you should position yourself slightly to the direction you wish to turn in.

In the example you gave you would have been in the right lane on approach and moved into the turning lane when you reached the broken line.
