    I was interested in buying a a decent pair of runners and taking up running .But I dont know where to buy or what to buy.I have a 70 euro budget and was interested in a plain black or white pair ,with many sizes availbale thanks .

    when trying the runner should it be loose tight or normal

    ANY BODY ANY RECOMENDATIONS ? THANKS .

    It is impossible for anybody to recommend a pair of runners for you over the internet, as we all have different feet & gaist.
    Your best bet is to go to a specialised shop like of www.base2race.ie (ballymount so very close to you), and they will recommend a shoe for you.
