    Hey Folks,

    My apologies if this is in the wrong forum- I wasn't sure where to go with it. I use gmail but my brother uses hotmail. He tried to sign into his account but got a message that it was blocked. It gave him an option to send a code to an alternative email address but the one selected wasn't his.

    It doesn't give an option to send to a phone number or alternative email address, so for all intents and purposes it doesn't look like he can easily retrieve his account. Is there a way around this?

    If I can get him back into his account I'll be strongly encouraging him to use gmail. It'll make my life a lot easier as he's a complete technophobe.
