Just wondering if Xtravision in Ballybane is still there or has it been closed? Tried ringing their number but it's been disconnected?

Yeah. Sponge Bob is right. It's gone for ages now.

Xtravision downsized its stores in Galway to just Headford Road, Oranmore and Knocknacara over a year ago.

Has that SuperValu closed? Didn't realize it had. That was quite a handy spot. But sure I suppose there's a Dunnes up that side now too.

    You don't remember Ku-market so :)

That place was like something out of the 1950's
Not that I was even alive back then but I imagine that is how shops were

Yup. But Westside, Ballybane and Eglington (sp?) Street are gone.

Worked in all of them back in the day. Good times!
