I've been a memeber of the top one for a few years and it's very good. The American influence is very different to business over here and I've learnt a lot from it. Another good one I find is Contractortalk.com -wide ranging but very eye opening. Groundtradesexchange.com wins the prize for funniest name but is also a good forum for machinery and landscapers.

Another site I keep an eye on is a blog by a hydraulics expert. http://www.insanehydraulics.com/

A good bit of the stuff goes over my head but I am working my way through the Library section of the site trying to teach myself more on hydraulic theory etc

Slidey, I have a lot of work to do. There is a limited amount of time available. You have just added to the amount of distractions, and you have also now forced another chunk of information into my already crammed and overloaded head. Hydraulics. Jasus, I was happy just being able to trace and replace burst hoses - now what have you gotten me into..:D
