Have a 2002 peugeot thats been given loadsa minor problems last while and just getting fed up with it at this stage so was thinking of just selling it at a lower price to other models. Would it look bad or put buyers off a car if the seller is upfront with problems and work that needs to be done on the car at a lower price

Wouldnt put people off if you clearly state the couple of items that need attention and price it accordingly. I wouldnt go listing a load of minor problems as it might give the impression of it being a lemon and not worth the hassle.

Similar situation here, spent €550e on my 2002 Octavia, usual wear and tear stuff as the car was bought for €4500 when 5 years old in 2007, it owes me nothing wondering if i could get 41200 for it.

Next few weeks will tell alot

    +1

Every car has issues. You might well be at your tether with the car, so unless there are lights on the dash and the car is a lemon, state the minor issues, price accordingly and get shot of it.
