sanivite?

We have a kitchen sink and dishwasher in an inside kitchen about 8m from gully. For about 5 years we have had no problems but for the last 3 months we've had a smell problem. Got greenway out to check and clear gully, aj and drain and all clear now. However, the smell remains. Now we're thinking maybe the distance is too far and the fall on the pipe not enough. Why the problem is coming to a head now after 5 years remains a mystery. Would a sanivite system be a solution for us? It would pump the grey water out directly to the gully and reduce the chance of water and food waste sitting in the pipe under the floor and stinking? Who installs them? Any advice? Any mention of them on boards refers to saniflo but not sanivite systems. Thanks.

If it worked without the sanivite then you wont need one. Its most likely a seal has come loose. Check along the pipe from start to finish. Also check for water leaking in the press.
