Well OP, did you cut? I like your optimism, going to chance 20 acres this afternoon, chop it monday, fcuk if it rains again before tuesday.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

Cutting 15 acres tomorrow afternoon. Waiting over 3 weeks at this stage, will have to give Galway hurlers a miss. Pity Micheal O Muircheartaigh is not on the radio commentary 2moro. Wrap on tues/weds.

The few acres I cut saturday not looking like such a good idea now.
Here in the midlands we had an hour of heavy rain on sat evening, a good bit of drizzle yesterday and nearly non stop light rain all morning.
Forecast for tomorrow not great either.:(

I've 50 acres to cut

Had it pencilled in to do around the weekend of June 16th but it started raining and hasn't benen a decent break since.

Anyway, took the time to get the brakes done on the JD. Not cheap I can tell ya!!

I have sold a field of grass, and its fit to cut with about 4 weeks, couldnt cut as its on too much of a slope and field is to wet. It wouldn't hold the baler :(
Hoping it'll be cut today, as its not been too bad around here for past 3 days, and tomorrow could be ok too I'd say...
