Problems with Gmail spam filtering

    Over the past two days Gmail has been putting most of my incoming mail into the spam folder. Most of this is from senders that had previously gone to the inbox. I haven't changed anything recently, it was working great. It's next to impossible to check through the existing filters as there are hundreds, if not thousands of them. It's a business account and handles about 500 emails a day.

    Have Google made any changes in the last couple of days? If not, why would it start doing this after years of working perfectly.

    If it's a business account then you should take it up with their support. I've found a few trusted mails going straight in to my spam folder all right. But seeing that I've only a personal account it doesn't really bother me clicking on "not spam" every now and then.

    down the bottom it should give you a number to contact them directly. For me it gives:

    "You're currently logged in with a consumer Gmail account. If you're the administrator of a Google Apps for Business or Education domain, sign in with your account to view contact options."
