    Hi,

    My glasses prescription is

    Let Eye -225 (Sphere)
    Right eye -375 (sphere)

Looking to get a prescription swimming goggles but the site (http://www.prescription-swimming-goggles.co.uk) seems to do the prescriptions in .5 steps, ie -2.0, -2.5, -3.0
Just wondering for the both eyes, should I get the nearest prescription below
    or higher.
As I say they are only for swimming to aid better sighting during open water swimming.

    Regs

    Liam

I would go lower, your eyes will take more minus but you it's not nessessary, -0.25 is a small change and I would be confident that your vision would still be great rounding down to the nearest -0.25

Many Opticians have googles for you to sample in store, costing about E40

    hope this helps
