    Yeah, unfortunately not, but I was posting under the assumption that not all of the 564,558 plus boards.ie members are actually resident in Ireland ;)

    Just pay in sterling, enter your address as normal, and enter BT1AA to the end of your address... sorted!
    <Your Name>
    <Your Address>
    <Your County>

    Ireland
    United Kingdom
    BT1AA

    Got a HP 16GB Class 10 SD Card using this method about a fortnight ago for £7.

    That's cool and all but your quote was in "€". Might be worth mentioning, in the OP?

    Anyway this reminds me that I do actually need a USB drive

    I've only ever bought DVD's from them but never had to pay import duty.

    Thanks for this but, does it always work? and don't you have to pay any extra fee in an post?

    BTW, does anybody know why they don't send electronics to Ireland? Any legal reason?

    Nah.. as long as you're buying something small, it *SHOULD* (note I say should as it doesn't always work) work.

    Moral of the story - don't buy it unless you're willing to take a risk it may not come!

    Think it's related to the WEEE.

    Nope but it is OUR currency, so as opposed to the majority of our Diaspora in £GBP-land, it would make me think that they delivery here.

    Belfast, With that postcode

    Belfast, With that postcode

    Thanks. For my address I used:

    Dublin
    Ireland
    United Kingdom
    BT1AA (I should have used BT1 1AA. )

    If the order does not get sent on to Dublin it might teach me to stop buying bargains I dont really need. But if it arrives........

    Yeah, me too. Also there's a 64 GB usb key now going for 20 sterling (link), somehow the yet to be delivered 32 GB feels insufficient already. :o:o

    received this morning using the REPIRE postcode and UK as the country....

    got the dispatch confirmation on the 9th so only 7 days to get here, not bad considering sometimes it takes longer using a proper ireland address on play.com......

    Then I should receive it today (I hope so). I used Northern Ireland as country since they give you that option.
