    Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone would know how its possible to get my bike set up like Anthony Roux...

Saddle is very high, but the bars seem very low, with the rider being pretty parallel to the bike frame.

    Cheers

Setting the bike up like that is easy, whether you'll actually be able to ride in that position is another matter altogether.

It takes the pros years of training and hundreds of thousands of km to be able to hold an aggressive position like that for hours at a time...

You don't set your bike up to make it look like someone else's, you set it up to make it comfortable and efficient for you and you alone.

You won't care how your bike looks if it ends up causing you a serious back injury.

Cheers guy, I was just wondering as it looks comfortable to me.

Weather its comfortable or not I don't but at the moment I ride with my saddle higher than a few guys in my club and find it quite comfortable while being told "jes that looks uncomfortable"

The reason he sets up like that is he is 6'3" and a lot of that is leg, his inside leg length looks abnormally long for a man, he also has long arms so needs the reach of lower bars to keep his back straight.
