I recently had an endowment policy mature, it was a great deal lower in value from what i was initially adviced it would achieve and i did recieve some comensation 10 yrs ago for bad advice. I now hear of the games with RATES that the Bolingere swigging dealers have been upto and i ask myself, WHAT HAVE THEY COST ME ?

Nothing, the LIBOR rate is the rate that banks charge each other for lending money, it has nothing to do with your endowment.
