    Hi Guys,

I have been trading forex for past year. Mainly price action on >4H charts +scalping on 1M + 5M.
Trading is a lonely journey for me, i dont know anybody personally who would be interested in it as well, and i am tiered of forums.
I wonder if anybody would be interested in making up a team - regardless the numbers - we could meet up, skype up, or whatever else. Exchange opinions, sentiments, discuss strategies.
Long term i would like to make a full time passion out of it. Getting investors together, and making more serious outside home desk/office.

Dublin 15 is where i live.

I'd be interested in joining an investment club, doesn't seem to be any current ones in Dublin from searching google, just a lot of defunct clubs.

However I don't know anything about trading forex, I prefer investing in companies. Is it just forex trading that you are interested in?

Are you proposing to form an investment syndicate or a more casual group of common interest, ie seeking investment opportunities? I'd be interested in joining a group to swap/share market info etc but to do my own 'investing' thing with my own money.

    Hi Sunflowers,

This could be some start of a syndicate, but it is a long way i think.
So initially - informal, self educative/support/brain storming team of a few with common interest.

    Hi all,
I am a full time fx trader for the last few years. I have tried to get something similar going before with no joy. My idea was much the same as yours Fauxpas.
A place with a number of like minded people trading their own accounts and bouncing ideas of one another. I could never find much interest here in Ireland.
Their seems to be a number of them in London. (google “trading arcades”)
I think a lot of the problem is having people with different experience levels. And also different trading styles. I trade 4H+ and would be distracted if I was in a room with a scalper.
I was in an investment group before were we would meet up once a month to discuss ideas etc. It was TICN if anyone is knows them.
I really can’t see how this would work at the forex market as it is just too fast moving.
    Anyway, just my thoughts.

If anything has happened with this I would love to hear.................

Certainly interested even for just a few pints on a random friday night
More fundamental and longer term ideas than traditional scalping to be honest
