Meter Pay As You Go BBand modem not working

    have a PC I'm repairing and the guy asked me to install his bband as well...

    I plugged the E182e in to the USB, it said detecting and installing .. but then came up with "there was a problem installing your hardware".... And that was the LAST time it was detected by any computer (and I've tried it on a few)...

    Anybody have further suggestions? I think the thing is just broken..

    Try a different usb port or just keep trying... I Sometimes have some issues but it comes around... you could maybe reset the drivers on the device in the system settings > device manager

    are you using a usb cable from the dongle to the pc or the dongle direct into the usb?
