Hi all, I am new to this so hope I get it right, I have a Belling single oven I bought a little over 2 years ago, it has stopped working, on having a look I discovered that the wires are fried behind the control on the front of the cooker. I contacted Dimpco who replaced the fan in September after I paid engineers fee and was told that I would have to pay again, surely the wires should not fry like that, lucky I was near the cooker it could have caused a house fire. Am I at a loss here or have I a solid complaint whereby I should get it repaired :(. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
