Whereabouts are you getting it for 1099? Thomann price is 1599.

I dunno about a maple fretboard on a les paul, colour scheme's a bit funky too, but different strokes for different folks. I'd play before you pay though, Gibson's Q&C is still as bad as Robbie Keane's accuracy on goal.

Well, I think that only you can decide if it's truly worth it. it does seem like a fantastic price for a new LP, even with a maple fretboard.

That looks like a rosewood or bakelite fretboard as opposed to maple. Looks lovely though, if only I had the money...
