    Does anyone know much about Mohawk tyres? Are they in the quality bracket as Goodyear and Bridgestone.

    They are owned by Yokohama I think but I've never seen them sold here.

    They may be ok but they certainly wouldn't be in the league of the premium brands.


    Try looking for Barum, tigar, or dayton. They are economy brands but made and, essentially, tested in Europe so are still proven good quality tyres.
