budget, light gaming pc help?

    1. What is your budget? say €300 but even cheaper if possible!

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Internet/gaming (primarily something that could run dolphin and pcxs2 emulators at full speed for most games)

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? A gamepad possibly but could do without

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Possibly

    8. How can you pay? Paypal

    9. When are you purchasing? Within the next couple of weeks.

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? Waterford

    just wondering would it be possible to build something that could run those emulators smoothly and be cheap as chips! thanks!
