My daughter ordered from 3 dresses from this company on the 12th june and they had ot been delivered by the 25th june so i emailed them to see where the order was, they responded on the attack saying they had sent out 3 emails and they did not receive a reply ,my address was incorrect and my phone number was absent,I responded by informing them i had received no emails from them only the confirmation email and the paypal transaction receipt and Ireland does not have postcodes like the UK and the address on the email they sent me was correct.
On the 26 june i received an email from them with a tracking number and a link to the royalmail so left it for 3 days and checked the tracking and no information was available, contacted royalmail who said that they had no information to show that it had been posted,so back on to humbara who said it would be monday at the latest,
So on tuesday opened a dispute in paypal and humbara posted that i should have contacted them about the problem first(which i had ) and my address was still wrong then said it would take 9 working days contrary to the 3 working days as posted on their website for items posted before 3pm,I have received items from china with no problem at all to my address,It's like Dara o'Brian said you just get it IRELAND and let AN Post take it from there
I just want to share my experience with them for other people to view and take note if ordering from them

I'm not the only one to get the exact same response from them ,if you check out their Facebook page a few customers got the exact same emails as myself and they posted the emails I sent them on a social networking site, but they removed them after being told of my complaint to the data protection in the uk but you knew that already....
