    Jesus I thought it couldn't get any worse but a solicitor firm in England is now giving away a free iPad when you lodge a personal injury case with them. People think its bad here! :D

    I think that would almost certainly violate ethics regulations here; payment to procure clients.

    I'd also be very surprised if that iPad didn't come with a *lot* of strings attached re. early termiation of the retainer. Also, clients ultimately have to foot the cost of the iPad at the end of the day as a business expense.

    Still... free iPad!
