stretching and flexibility

    hey...
    I need some excercises that help with flexibility,(mainly the quad, calf, hamstring, and groin areas). I know the whole importance of stretching so that area is covered. just lately i got some advice from one of the best football players in ireland, and he said that flexibility and stretching was extremely important....does anyone have any ideas???:)
