    Hi all
Would be grateful for some advice... Parents have boiler which is not working at present. Pilot light comes on for couple of minutes then shuts off for five & continues on/off like this. Rads arent heating. Dad is pretty handy (except for internet) so could prob fix if pointed in right direction. He suspects possible interferrance with balancing valves on rads but not sure. We're having probs even getting front casing off due to how kitchen cupboards were installed around it so frustration building!!! Help please...or even nudge in direction of someone who can help would be helpful!
    Thanks in advance :)

It sounds like a circulation problem, lack of water or a faulty pump.
It's illegal for DIYers to work on gas boilers.
