Low Cost Site with council

    Hi all,
Does anyone have any recent experience with their local authority in regards to low cost sites? I purchased a low cost site in 2005 and built a house on it. It is similar to affordable housing but its an affordable site which clawback applies to. Getting to the point I am in the process of closing the sale on the house/site & have furnished the council with the documents they needed in regard to the current value of the site so they can calculate clawback and if any is due. this process seems to be taking a lot of time and I am afraid of losing the sale. If any one has had experience with this or may have any advice that would be of use to me I would be grateful as this is a very stressful time!
    Thanks a mil!
