    Hi,

As the title says, i was working two jobs and just quit one. The job i quit was the one i started first so i gave them a p45 at the beginning. I was not using any tax credits on this job, so i don't need to change any tax certificates. Just wondering should i get a p45 from the job i quit, or is that down to my current employer if i should leave?

    Any help would be great

    Thanks

You should get a p45 every time you leave a job. They are used for many things such as claiming the dole or tax refunds and ensuring your taxes are correctly calculated , not just for tax credits for your next job.
