Anyone else have this problem today?
Just says I have no outstanding fees when I login.
The website states that the service is meant to be live from July 3rd.

Hi there, I'd say you're best shout is to contact either the fees office @ (091) 492386 or the student contact centre @ (091) 495999. From my experience, tasks such as paying fees, looking up exam results, etc. are prone to some technical issues, so don't worry about it. If it stays like that for longer than expected they will likely extend the period in which you can pay your fees. The fees office or the student contact centre will fill you in on procedings anyway.

My understanding was that you don't have to pay the repeat fees upfront at all. I was speaking to someone who had done repeats during a previous year and still hasn't paid for them, he told me that as long as you pay sometime before you graduate that it's okay. Does anyone know if that's true? I'm now curious.

I know people who didn't pay their repeat fees until they'd got their results, which makes sense really. No point paying their ridiculous arbitrary fee if you end up failing!

Exams Office website says here that results are withheld until fees are paid.

I have the same issue as the OP though, says no fees outstanding. Reluctant to contact them though in case in some bizarre alternate reality occurrence, their complete incompetence has actually benefited me for once...
