    Hi Guys,

    have i made a mistake?

    I'm awaiting a planning decision in seven days time.

    it's my third app on the same site "one off house" on my parents farm.

    I have responded to the further info request.

    i just emailed the planner directly to say ;

    1,The application is made in good faith.

    2, I have included and executed all his requests exactly as he described.

    3, i included some personal information, elderly parents, growing family etc etc

    4, and asked him to look favorably on the application.

    is it against planning rules to contact the planner directly?

    help:confused:

    i think it depends on which county council.

    i contacted planners in cork and they had no prob, where as other planners wont engage while the application is live.

    if you are responding to FI request then you should submit in hard copy so that it can be included in the file. best of luck!!!!!
