RTEONE + 1 and UPC DVR

I'm trying to view a recording I made one rte one+1 but I'm getting that I'm not subscribed to this channel. Is this because it doesn't start broadcasting until 7pm....I'm assuming I can view the recording later. If so, it makes that channel next to useless for recording purposes.
